What is Voxer?

You have heard me talk about Voxer in our sessions and on my website. What is it? A fancy walkie-talkie? A glorified voicemail system? Perhaps its a little of both. Its a great way to express your feelings, thoughts, accomplishments as you feel them. I can then listen and respond if and when I believe it is helpful. Its a great way to keep the momentum going between sessions.

Insider tip: After recording a message, go back and listen to it. What do you hear? What themes appear? What does that voice in the message need?
